The smallest of our students at YCS start out like little seeds.
This is why our 2-year-old class at Yokohama Christian School is called the “Seeds” class. Have a quick glimpse into the Seeds Class.

Our Seeds Class is a warm and happy place for our youngest learners to grow. Each day is filled with hands-on learning, play, music, and simple routines that help children gain confidence and become more independent.

We practice early literacy and math through fun activities, build social skills like sharing, taking turns, listening, and encouraging one another, and explore art and movement together. Children also learn independence through self-care skills such as tidying up, putting on shoes and dressing up, and managing simple daily routines.

Most importantly, we plant seeds of faith through Bible stories, songs, and prayer — reminding each child that they are deeply loved by God.

In Seeds Class, little seeds grow deep roots and blossom beautifully.
