Sleep. All humans, young and old, need sleep. We all know what a lack of sleep looks and feels like, or do we?
Most first time parents are amazed at how much an infant can sleep. Little bodies need extra sleep for all of the growing and developing that is going on in the early days and years of life. As children grow, they need less sleep. However, not all parents know the appropriate amount of sleep for their child.
Now that the school year is less new, we would like to encourage parents and caretakers to be sure that your child is getting the rest that they need each night.
